LangChain is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (DMV) to drive revenue growth across the Americas. You will lead a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives, own regional pipeline, and partner with Sales Engineering, CS, Product, and Marketing to improve win rates.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise software sales and 2+ years leading sales teams, with a track record selling to technical buyers such as engineering and AI teams. Remote work within the DMV region is available.
