Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to drive post-sales outcomes for AI cloud infrastructure customers. You will own onboarding, success planning, and value articulation across enterprise and hyper-growth accounts.

You will engage with platform engineers, DevOps leaders, and executives to ensure adoption, renewal, and expansion, while maintaining deep customer relationships and credibility.

Qualifications

• Post-sales experience in customer success, technical account management, or professional services.
• Hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with renewal and expansion in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Onboard end-to-end onboarding from sales handoff to project close.
• Build and maintain customer success plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Translate platform adoption into measurable business outcomes.
• Own renewal motion and identify expansion opportunities.
• Engage with platform engineers and executives with credibility.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to Product and Engineering.
