UpGuard, a leader in AI-driven cyber risk posture management, is hiring a sales leader to build and guide a team of around seven account executives. This role focuses on net-new logos with a $1.4M team quota and rigorous forecasting. The position is fully remote with top-spec hardware and comprehensive health coverage.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years managing B2B SaaS sales teams and strong MEDDPICC fluency, plus experience with HubSpot and Gong. Travel quarter-annually is expected.
