Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives across SME to Emerging Enterprise accounts. You will own a multi-million dollar quota, drive new logo acquisition, and partner with Enablement to optimize the sales cycle.

You will manage ~7 AEs, forecast rigorously, and collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineering, RevOps, and CS in a high-collaboration environment. Willingness to travel ~3 trips per quarter.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management of a B2B SaaS sales team.
• Experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on fluency with MEDDPICC and rigorous deal qualification.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a team quota of ~1.4M with forecast calls and pipeline hygiene.
• Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Account Executives (~7).
• Lead training, enablement, and performance reviews.
