Job summary
UpGuard is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a fast-growing NA sales team and drive new logo acquisition for our SaaS platform. You will report to the Head of Sales, North America, and coach a group of Account Executives focused on SME, Mid Market, and Emerging Enterprise accounts.
You will hire, train, and manage a team of ~7 AEs, own a ~1.4M quota, and collaborate with SDRs, SEs, RevOps, and Customer Success in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct people management of a B2B SaaS sales team with hiring, onboarding and development experience.
- Experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions and managing multi-stage deals.
- Hands-on fluency with MEDDPICC and rigorous deal qualification and pipeline hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a team quota of ~1.4M with forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Hire, onboard, and develop a team of ~7 Account Executives.
- Lead weekly forecast calls, 1:1s, Gong reviews and pipeline hygiene audits.
- Join customer calls to move complex deals forward and run sales cycles when needed.
- Lead training, enablement, and performance reviews; contribute to leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineering, RevOps, and Customer Success.
