Job summary

UpGuard, a global cybersecurity company, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a growing North America sales team and drive new logo acquisition for its SaaS platform. You will own team quota, hire and coach ~7 Account Executives, and collaborate with Enablement to improve the sales cycle.

This fully remote role offers a substantial bonus potential and travel up to three times per quarter. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of direct people management of a B2B SaaS team, proven complex SaaS

Qualifications

2+ years direct people management of a B2B SaaS sales team.
Experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions.
Hands-on fluency with MEDDPICC and rigorous deal qualification.
Accurate quarterly and weekly forecasting.
Comfortable reviewing calls, leading training, and joining customer meetings.
Experience using HubSpot and revenue intelligence tools like Gong to coach reps.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver a team quota of approximately $1.4M and drive revenue targets.
Hire, onboard, and develop a team of about 7 Account Executives.
Run weekly forecast calls, 1:1s, and pipeline hygiene audits.
Join customer calls to move complex deals forward and run cycles when needed.
Lead training, enablement, and performance discussions with the team.
Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineering, RevOps, and CS to optimize the sales process.
