Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US. This home-office role involves extensive travel and selling control valve solutions to power generation, process, and light industrial markets.

You will provide technical guidance on valve sizing, selection, and application, build relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, and OEMs, and support proposals and presentations. Base pay is $95,000–$105,000 USD plus an incentive plan.

• Experience with control valves in power or light industrial markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to engage customers and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth and customer engagement for control valve products and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on valve sizing, selection, and application requirements.
• Develop opportunities within power generation, process, and light industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver solutions.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, and OEM customers.
