Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for the COPE VULCAN valve line across the Southeast region. This role involves extensive travel, home-office setup, and direct/representative channels to win new business.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in sales in power/industrial markets, with valve experience, RFQ handling, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. Base pay is $95,000–$105,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of related experience and/or training in power/industrial markets.
• 3-5 years in sales and/or sales management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with severe service and general service control valve applications; desuperheating and steam conditioning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Managing representatives in the territory, forecasting, business plans, and follow-up on opportunities.
• Traveling to customers and prospects to develop relationships and solicit orders.
• Developing relationships with manufacturers' reps to facilitate transactions.
• Reviewing RFQs to aid bid/no-bid decisions aligning with company goals.
• Tracking quotation activity, profitability, and pricing trends for territories.
• Maintaining sales quotation systems and presenting technical sales to decision makers.
• Pursuing inquiries for aftermarket valves and services to support aftermarket ops.
