Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US with a strong background in control valve applications and sales in power generation and light industrial markets. The role requires technical expertise in valve sizing, selection, and application support to drive customer solutions and growth.

This position works from a home office with extensive travel across the Eastern US and offers a base salary of 95,000–105,000 USD plus a sales incentive plan; benefits

Qualifications

• Experience with control valves in power and/or light industrial markets.
• Strong technical understanding of valve automation, control systems, and flow control applications.
• Proven ability to engage customers and identify business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth and customer engagement for control valve products and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on selection, sizing, and application requirements.
• Develop opportunities within power generation, process, and light industrial sectors.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPCs, channel partners, and OEM customers.
