Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. The role drives new business, retains accounts, and expands opportunities, with travel for client meetings and events.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT security/networking sales, proven complex sales success, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Remote role with preferred locations in Kansas City or St. Louis, USA. Must reside in the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years sales experience in IT Security/Networking.
Proven success in complex sales environments and channel/direct sales models.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain professional relationships, coordinating internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales/profit targets.
Develop account plans, manage pipelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Use CRM for lead generation, account management, and reporting.
Travel for client meetings, tradeshows, and collaboration with internal teams.
