Job summary

Hach is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to represent industrial accounts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This field-based role requires 50-70% travel and involves customer engagement to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the water industry, and a degree in a related scientific field. We offer a competitive compensation range of $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Water Industry preferred.
• Hands-on experience utilizing a CRM tool such as Salesforce.com.
• Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory action plans to achieve major business objectives.
• Prepare and present a monthly funnel review utilizing SFDC.
• Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, system integrators, and channel partners.
