Job summary

Hydro International, a CRH Company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to expand sales for water and wastewater products nationwide. This remote role covers multiple states and involves leading Manufacturer Sales Representatives, developing strategies, and driving key accounts through direct and partner channels.

You will travel domestically up to 50% and participate in trade shows, trainings, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and occasional international travel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work from a home office with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hydro International's full range of water and wastewater products.
• Achieve annual sales targets and support the business plan.
• Manage Manufacturer Sales Representatives in territory; provide coaching and support.
• Conduct visits to engineers, contractors and regulators; present products.
• Attend trade shows and conferences; develop sales tools and literature.
• Develop training and marketing strategies; educate customers on technology.
