Job summary

Recruits Lab is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Digital Pathology & Histology Services to drive revenue across New England. The role is remote/field-based, covering the Boston hub and collaborating with biotech, pharma, and academic labs.

You will lead the full sales cycle, deliver technical demos of digital pathology solutions, and build a robust pipeline through strategic outreach, thought leadership, and strong relationship management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful life sciences sales experience.
• Technical fluency in histology workflows and IHC.
• Established Boston/New England biotech & academia network.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences.
• Excellent consultative selling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and manage a high-volume territory pipeline.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations of digital pathology solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with lab and scientific teams to meet client needs.
