Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in laboratory or healthcare sector.
• Bonus if have dialysis/CKD, diagnostics, or transplant.
• Strategic thinker with proactive approach to pursuing new opportunities.
• Ability to travel 30% for client meetings and events.
• Competent in MS Office and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory services for dialysis/CKD, diagnostics, transplant, and future tests to hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and other partners in the US and beyond.
• Establishes and strengthens client relationships at appropriate levels; generate qualified opportunities via cold calling, leads, networking, and partnerships.
• Showcase Ascend Clinical’s capabilities and differentiate from competitors.
• Develop and maintain actionable account plans.
• Create and evaluate quotations to meet client and company requirements.
• Contribute to market plans through desk research (legislation, demand, trends, competitors).
• Maintain face-to-face contact and multi-level relationships with key customers.
• Manage opportunities and forecast pipelines accurately.
• Collaborate with Ascend leadership to identify opportunities and win projects; provide cross-functional support as needed.
• Own accountability for delivering client needs and timeliness.
