Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in laboratory/testing services.
• Understanding of laboratory testing and ability to explain benefits.
• Proactive strategic thinker with opportunity identification.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for meetings and events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell laboratory services for dialysis/CKD, diagnostics, transplant, and future testing to hospitals, clinics, and offices.
• Establish, maintain and strengthen client relationships; generate qualified opportunities via cold calling and networking.
• Showcase Ascend Clinical's capabilities and differentiate from competitors.
• Develop and maintain actionable account plans.
• Create quotations and ensure client and company requirements are met.
• Provide market insights and monitor legislation, demand, trends and competitors.
• Maintain face-to-face client contact and multi-level relationships; manage pipeline.
