Biodesix, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead a field sales team, build critical partnerships with physicians and hospital leaders, and drive regional growth with hands-on coaching and clear accountability.

The role requires travel up to 70% and a strong track record in healthcare sales, commercialization, and strategic market development within the Mid-Atlantic area.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with minimum five years of documented sales success.
• Experience leading commercialization efforts and driving adoption of innovations in healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team with coaching and accountability.
• Foster partnerships with interventional pulmonologists, pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, and hospital leadership.
• Forecast regional performance, manage budgets, and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Represent Biodesix at meetings, conferences, and customer visits to expand market presence.
• Provide market insights and feedback to marketing and senior leadership.
