Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the Central/Eastern Time regions to lead custom label sales in the food sector. This field-based role offers an established book of business and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions.

You will manage new business development and grow existing accounts, selling custom-printed labels, thermal/direct thermal labels, and related consumables.

Qualifications

• Proven background selling custom-printed labels and consumables into the food industry.
• Ability to develop new accounts, grow existing business, and manage a large territory.
• Experience with pressure-sensitive labels, Thermal, direct thermal, variable data, or specialty labels preferred.
• Direct custom label experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Sell custom-printed labels and related consumables across the food sector.
• Grow the regional book of business and maximize territory opportunities.
• Develop new accounts and cross-sell with established equipment sales teams.
• Travel up to 80% and maintain high autonomy in the field.
