Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is assisting a US OEM of end-of-line packaging equipment to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for a new Midwest territory. You will manage the territory like your own business, calling on food and CPG customers, opening and closing sales, and representing a well-established company with strong US support.

Ideal candidates will reside in IL, WI, MI, MN, IA, MO, or IN and have packaging equipment or robotics experience, willingness to travel weekly, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Experience with end-of-line packaging and robotics in food/CPG sectors.
• Proven ability to open new accounts and grow territory.
• Willingness to travel weekly across the Midwest.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Midwest territory like own business and drive sales.
• Call on food and CPG customers; build relationships and close deals.
• Attend trade shows and coordinate with a lean leadership team.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and forecast accurately.
