Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Compressor Valves Sales. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, across a broad territory. Target Oil & Gas and related sectors, including rental compression and packagers.

You will craft strategic sales plans, deliver technical presentations, and partner with inside sales and marketing to leverage opportunities while traveling to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of proven success in direct sales or customer service in industrial equipment or gas compression.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or commensurate experience showing relevant skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify key accounts and decision-makers across upstream, midstream, and downstream segments.
• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with inside sales and marketing to convert leads into closed deals.
• Negotiate terms and prepare competitive proposals while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on customer engagement and sales progress.
• Represent Atlas Copco at industry events and conferences to build brand visibility.
• Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
