You will build and supervise the regional service sales team, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction in the CTS division while aligning with Atlas Copco standards.

The role requires 5 years of industrial sales experience, a four-year degree in a relevant field, and willingness to travel up to 50-75% overnight.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant industrial sales experience, including territory management.
• Bachelor-level degree in business, engineering, or marketing; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the Service business in the assigned region.
• Supervise regional service sales team and achieve growth targets.
• Represent Atlas Copco at trade shows and conferences; travel as needed.
