Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to lead pre-sales activities, grow motion control and automation sales, and support both direct customers and distribution partners across California and Arizona.

The role requires a BS/MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years in sales, with 3-5 years in field sales in industrial automation. Up to 50% travel and remote-friendly work are expected.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of relevant sales experience.
3-5 years of field sales in industrial automation or motion control.
Strong understanding of US motion control and servo drive market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive growth.
Support and manage distributor, integrator, OEM, and end-user relationships.
Execute consultative, solution-based selling at all customer levels.
Provide technical and application support for motion and machine control systems.
Generate and manage sales leads, proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
Deliver product presentations and on-site demonstrations.
Manage territory performance to meet strategic and financial goals.
