In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, sales reps, engineering, and production teams to integrate our client’s products into cutting-edge solutions. This position offers a dynamic mix of technical sales, project management, and customer interaction—both virtual and in-person.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales in your territory, managing outside reps and distributors
• Drive projects from prototype through production, collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality
• Deliver technical support, product training, and solution development for customers and partners
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to internal teams and leadership
• Use tools such as Outlook, Teams, Office 365, and manufacturing software effectively

Qualifications

• BSEE, BSME, BSCE, or related engineering degree (required)
• Regional Sales Manager or technical sales experience (preferred)
• Background in motion control or mechatronics (a plus)
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex topics clearly
• Strong team player with project management abilities
