Job summary

Fieldpiece seeks a Director of Sales to lead the Northeast region, oversee Fieldpiece sales pros and agency partners, and drive revenue growth. You’ll work with distributors, contractors, and HVACR technicians to expand product penetration and market share.

You’ll manage a high-visibility, hands-on team, leveraging CRM data to forecast and optimize performance while traveling ~60% across the territory. Remote work within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HVACR or related industry.
• Experience leading direct salespeople and independent sales agency partners.
• Strong CRM and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy to drive revenue, market share, and product penetration.
• Manage, coach, and develop Fieldpiece sales professionals and agency partners.
• Build relationships with distributor leadership, branch teams, contractors, and HVACR technicians.
• Expand product and SKU penetration throughout distributor networks.
• Analyze sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities to accelerate growth.
