Job summary

Verto People Ltd in the United States is seeking a Director of Sales, Distribution to build a national HVAC distributor network and drive IAQ product adoption across residential, light commercial and institutional markets. This is a remote, full-time leadership role with significant autonomy and direct engagement with senior leadership.

You will recruit and manage distributor agencies, develop a national sales strategy, and lead demand generation through channel partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HVAC distribution sales.
• Experience as a Director of Sales, National Sales Director, or Director of Channel Sales.
• Established relationships with commissioned manufacturer's representative agencies.
• Proven experience selling to HVAC distributors and collaborating with local reps.
• Willingness to travel nationally, 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with HVAC distributors across the US.
• Recruit, onboard and manage regional representative agencies.
• Build relationships with large HVAC contractors to drive demand.
• Develop and execute a national distributor sales strategy.
• Promote indoor air quality and bipolar ionization products across residential, light commercial and institutional HVAC applications.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and distributor performance.
• Attend distributor trade shows and industry events.
• Travel nationally, approximately 50-60% initially, with travel expected to decrease over time.
