Trellix is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Department of Defense & Intelligence Community to lead sales strategy across the IC region, manage a sales team, and drive revenue growth. Location is Reston, VA with remote opportunities; requires strong DoD/IC relationships and a proven seven-figure close track record.

The role reports to the VP of Sales for DoD & IC and emphasizes consultative, executive-level engagement, partner relationships, and pipeline development.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience. Security SW is highly preferred.
• 5+ years in a people management capacity.
• Highly consultative sales background with excellent communication skills.
• Experience selling to C-level DoD & IC executives.
• Proven track record of closing seven-figure transactions.
• Ability to build strong partner relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, & presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
• US citizenship required; US security clearance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the hiring, development, and management of a sales team.
• Responsible for weekly sales forecasting of sales team performance.
• Drives and innovates the development of sales strategies with the team.
• Develops and executes pipeline generation with the team.
• Establishes channel and distribution strategies for customer success.
• Manages the overall sales process and sets metrics for pipeline management.
• Develops pricing policies for high-profile customers and channel partners.
• Collaborates across BU’s to create a result-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Develops and negotiates software and/or services contracts with business outcomes in mind.
• Builds relationships with key influencers and stakeholders internally and externally.
