Cribl, the AI-era telemetry platform, is seeking a senior technical leader to head the DoW/IC Solutions Engineering team. This remote-first role is based in the Washington, DC area and focuses on coaching SEs, shaping pre-sales strategy, and partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue in DoD and IC programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years in pre-sales, with DoD/IC experience and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent AND a minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading a technical pre-sales team or region and driving quota attainment.
• Background selling into DoD/Intelligence Community and working with channel and FSI partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DoW/IC Solutions Engineering team, reinforcing sales methodology and metrics-led best practices.
• Mentor SEs on pre-sales techniques for new and expanding clients across Cribl’s portfolio.
• Develop technical capabilities of team members to meet pre-sales duties.
• Collaborate with regional Sales Directors to align coverage, plays, and campaigns for revenue targets.
• Deliver customer presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and oversee SE-led Proof of Value events, including in classified environments when required.
