Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager for the DoW/IC sector, a remote role based in Washington, DC. You will lead and mentor the SE team supporting the Department of War and Intelligence Community, ensuring technical excellence and strong sales collaboration.

Responsibilities include guiding pre‑sales engagements, delivering compelling technical demonstrations, and coordinating with partners and sales leadership to drive revenue in mission‑critical environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a technical pre‑sales team or region.
• Experience landing and expanding DoD/IC deals including channel/FSI.
• Ability to teach SEs consultative selling and sales plays.
• Excellent presentation skills to executives and leadership.
• Experience building relationships with government and military leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DoW/IC Solutions Engineering team, aligning sales plays and campaigns.
• Mentor SEs on pre‑sales techniques for new and expanding contracts.
• Develop technical maturity of team members to perform effectively.
• Conduct performance reviews and create development opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional Sales Directors to achieve revenue targets.
• Deliver customer presentations and do product demos, including PV events.
• Partner with Cribl’s Partner SE and Alliances teams to land and expand.
• Grow a bench of mission‑aware technical talent in the DC area.
