Trellix in the United States is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. You will own the IC region sales strategy, manage the sales team, and drive revenue growth, working with DoD accounts and partners.

Located in the Reston, VA area, you will engage C-level leaders, close seven-figure deals, and travel as needed. The role includes a base salary range and significant commission potential.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of enterprise software sales; security software preferred.
• 5+ years in a people management role.
• Consultative sales approach with strong communication.
• Experience selling to the C-level in DoD/IC; US citizen.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee hiring, development, and management of a sales team.
• Forecast weekly sales team performance and drive strategy.
• Develop and execute pipeline generation with the team.
• Direct pricing policies and channel/partner strategies.
• Collaborate across BUs to create a results-driven environment.
• Negotiate software/services contracts and manage key stakeholders.
