Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is a fully remote clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on hypertension and related comorbidities. We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional launch readiness and drive product uptake.

You will build and coach a team of 8–12 territory managers, translate national strategy into regional plans, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities, compliance standards, and Mineralys’ values while traveling up to 60%.

Formación

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a district/regional manager role.
• Prior launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure successful market entry and sustained product uptake.
• Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Lead team to achieve or exceed sales goals, market share targets, and key performance metrics at launch and beyond.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy in real time.
• Drive accountability for performance through data-driven decision making and disciplined execution.
