Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across CO, UT, NV, NM and AZ. This role requires about 50% travel and a focus on reducing injuries while ensuring regulatory compliance in construction and manufacturing settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with CSP/ASP/CHST preferred, and have 5+ years of safety program leadership. Remote work is allowed within the multi-state territory, with strong emphasis on safety training and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in safety leadership and program management.
• Experience implementing safety programs in construction, manufacturing or warehousing.
• Proficient in OSHA/EPA regulations, state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety initiatives to promote safe and compliant practices.
• Develop and implement safety training programs related to construction/manufacturing.
• Manage regional safety metrics, incidents and corrective actions.
