QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across a multi-state territory (CO, UT, NV, NM, AZ). This remote role requires residing in one of those states and up to 50% travel.

You will develop training, manage audits, respond to incidents, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance within construction and distribution operations. Compensation ranges 90,000 to 135,000 with benefits; equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; CSP/ASP/CHST preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehousing safety.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional safety program development and implementation.
• Conduct safety audits and drive corrective actions.
• Investigate injuries/incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
