QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety efforts across CO, UT, NV, NM and AZ. The remote position requires up to 50% travel to support multiple locations and ensure regulatory compliance in construction and manufacturing environments.

The role emphasizes proactive risk reduction, safety training, incident investigations, and collaboration with operations to maintain a zero-accident culture. Bachelor’s degree and CSP/ASP/CHST certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations experience in transportation, construction, or warehousing.
• Strong knowledge of safety management and incident investigation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional safety efforts to promote compliant practices.
• Develop and implement safety training for construction/manufacturing.
• Manage region to prevent injuries and ensure audits are closed out.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations to meet regulatory requirements.
