Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead and promote safe, compliant practices across a multi-state construction and manufacturing territory. You will drive prevention, risk reduction, and training initiatives to achieve Zero Accidents.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel, resides in CO/UT/NV/NM/AZ, with strong communication, project management, and regulatory expertise. Bachelor's degree preferred; CSP/ASP/CHST certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CSP/ASP/CHST certifications preferred.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA regulations and safety administration across construction/industrial settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional EHS efforts to promote safe, compliant practices.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for construction/manufacturing contexts.
• Audit safety practices and drive corrective actions; manage OSHA citations and investigations.
