Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in robotics, industrial automation, or related tech fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and industrial workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners.
• Understand customer challenges and align them with robotics solutions.
• Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos and proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Provide market insights to inform product strategy.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
