ACX Property Management LLC. seeks a Regional Property Manager to supervise daily operations across a growing retail portfolio in the Midwest, Mountain, and Western regions. You’ll work with Asset Management, Leasing, and Accounting teams and coordinate with tenants and vendors.

This role may be based remotely in the Denver Metro or Greater Chicagoland area, with monthly travel to properties and occasional evening/weekend work to address urgent issues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial retail property management/operations.
• Strong understanding of lease administration and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Vendor management and negotiation experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly for inspections and oversight.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and maintenance.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections for all properties and ensure lease compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and coordinate communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and supervise maintenance, janitorial, landscaping services.
• Assist with accounts payable and data entry in Yardi and AvidXchange.
• Maintain organized tenant and property records per company standards.
