Job summary

DLC Management Corp. is hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of open-air retail centers. You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and capital projects while leading a team of property managers and coordinating with vendors and tenants.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in retail property management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience managing open-air retail centers.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational and maintenance requirements and implement recurring services or projects.
• Assemble qualified teams of vendors and bid/ negotiate for best service and pricing.
• Develop operating and capital budgets aligned with business plans and KPIs.
• Manage operations per approved budgets and agreements.
• Oversee Capital Expenditures with bids, negotiations and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreements.
• Conduct site inspections and monthly reviews.
