Mid-America Real Estate Group is seeking a Retail Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations in Illinois, ensuring financial performance and timely handling of issues. The role interfaces with tenants, clients, local government, and our Corporate Office, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate has a solid financial understanding, is a team player, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Two years minimum property management experience required.
• Applicant to secure a real estate license within six months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day management of property operations and tenant communication.
• Coordinate and prepare vendor scopes for property services; manage maintenance requests.
• Review and resolve tenant receivables; assist with annual reconciliations and tenant billings.
• Prepare monthly property reports including variance analysis and receivables.
• Develop asset management plans and five-year capital plans.
