Job summary

ACX Property Management LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations for a growing retail portfolio across multiple regions, with remote options in the Denver Metro or Greater Chicagoland areas and regular travel to properties. You will lead budgeting, inspections, tenant liaison, and vendor oversight while ensuring lease compliance and financial reporting accuracy.

A strong background in commercial retail property management and proficiency with Yardi/AvidXchange are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial retail property management/operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial retail property operations, lease administration and financial reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for property inspections and vendor oversight.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Yardi and AvidXchange is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and maintenance.
• Conduct monthly on-site property inspections for all assigned properties.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants and coordinate communications.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracting and supervision of services.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and data entry into Yardi and AvidXchange.
• Maintain organized tenant and property records in accordance with standards.
