Zusammenfassung

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across our regional 3PL warehousing and fulfillment network. You will standardize the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and support new business launches within a dynamic distribution environment.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, conduct audits, and implement CAPA to improve client outcomes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in quality, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Experience in multi-site or regional 3PL or distribution environments.
• Lean Six Sigma and root-cause analysis experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead, standardize, and elevate QMS across regional warehousing and fulfillment centers.
• Partner with clients during onboarding, reviews, and external audits.
• Investigate client complaints, shipping errors, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies; drive CAPA and KPI monitoring.
