Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Regional Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across our regional 3PL warehouse and fulfillment network. You will join an operational leadership team focused on continuous improvement, client partnerships, and frontline leadership development.

The role requires 5+ years in quality/logistics, Lean Six Sigma expertise, and a bachelor’s or master’s in a related field. This remote role includes 50–75% travel across regional sites and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations, including at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional capacity within a 3PL or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, Lean principles, inventory integrity standards, and corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional quality program across distribution and fulfillment centers with regular audits and readiness checks.
• Serve as the primary quality liaison for onboarding, business reviews, and client audits.
• Drive root-cause investigations and CAPA to reduce errors, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align continuous improvement with client and business priorities.
