Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Regional Quality Manager to elevate quality assurance across our 3PL warehouse network and support new operations launches. You will lead, standardize, and monitor the Quality Management System regionally, conducting audits and driving continuous improvement across sites.

You will work with clients and internal teams to align QA strategies with business priorities, resolve root causes, and ensure CAPA effectiveness, with travel to regional facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Kaizen, 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Experience leading multi-site quality initiatives and client-facing engagements.
• Certifications or degrees preferred as noted above.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional quality initiatives across distribution and fulfillment centers.
• Audit readiness, RCCA investigations, and CAPA execution with KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align continuous improvement.
