Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Quality Manager to join our Warehousing & Logistics Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, standardizing, and elevating quality assurance systems across our regional Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse and fulfillment network, as well as supporting the launch of new business operations.

You will join a dedicated operational leadership team that reports directly to the North America Operations Director,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years in a multi-site or regional 3PL or distribution setting.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and inventory integrity standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, standardize, and elevate the QMS across regional centers.
• Collaborate with clients during onboarding and reviews for alignment.
• Drive investigations with RCCA and implement CAPA with KPIs.
