Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC across PV EPC projects in the assigned region. The role is remote with regular travel to project sites in the Southwest region and to meet clients, suppliers, and regulators.

You will lead training, audits, and root cause analyses to ensure compliance with SOLV Energy standards and industry codes. Responsibilities include developing quality plans, improving systems, and reporting findings to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs and contract requirements.
• Establish and continuously improve quality systems for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Monitor project quality through inspections and audits to ensure AHJ and manufacturer requirements are met.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials and processes in PV projects.
• Train project teams on QA/QC practices and SOLV SOPs to ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, suppliers and clients to resolve quality issues.
