SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. This remote role requires regular travel to project sites, clients, and regulators to train field teams, perform audits, and conduct First Article Inspections.

You will develop quality plans, improve systems, lead audits, CAPAs, and RCA analyses, collaborating with project managers and suppliers to ensure compliance with SOLV Energy standards and industry regulations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; OSHA 10/30/Journeyman are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy's QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish and improve quality systems to meet regulatory and customer expectations.
• Monitor project quality via inspections and audits, ensuring AHJ and code compliance.
