Ladders is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead quality efforts across multiple distribution centers in a remote US-based role. You will standardize processes, drive QMS implementation, and collaborate with clients and site leaders to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years in quality, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years in a multi-site or regional role within a 3PL environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Drive implementation and standardization of the Quality Management System (QMS) across regional distribution centers.
• Conduct regular internal audits and operational readiness checks to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary regional quality liaison for clients during onboarding and business reviews.
• Lead investigations into client complaints and operational discrepancies using Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA).
• Monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement.
