Job summary

The Ladders seeks a Quality Manager, QMS & Process Excellence to shape the global quality management system across sites, translating customer and regulatory requirements into scalable processes.

Lead the deployment of QMS standards, drive continuous improvement, and leverage data to guide leadership decisions. This remote-US role focuses on cross-site alignment within aerospace and defense quality programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or operational excellence.
• Experience designing and improving QMS processes across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/AS9110 and aviation regulations; AS13100 is a plus.
• Proficiency in CAPA, root-cause analysis, and quality performance metrics.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and QMS digital solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional change and influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience working across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across global sites.
• Own enterprise quality processes and associated standards and tools.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable QMS processes.
• Define and maintain global QMS architecture and minimum operating standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to deploy quality-process requirements in digital tools.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and provide analysis to leadership.
• Lead cross-site process deployment and training support activities.
• Identify systemic issues and facilitate cross-site learning and improvement initiatives.
