• Drive implementation and standardization of the Quality Management System (QMS) across regional distribution centers.
• Conduct regular internal audits and operational readiness checks to ensure compliance.
• Serve as the primary regional quality liaison for clients during onboarding and business reviews.
• Lead investigations into client complaints and operational discrepancies using Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA).
• Monitor KPIs to support continuous improvement.

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Quality Manager - W&L | 3PL to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead regional quality efforts across multi-site warehousing and logistics operations, with a strong focus on standardizing processes and strengthening execution across distribution centers. The position partners closely with clients, site leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational readiness, resolve quality issues, and support a consistent customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on quality leadership in a 3PL environment and the ability to connect process discipline to measurable business outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and standardization of the Quality Management System (QMS) across regional distribution centers
• Conduct regular internal audits and operational readiness checks to ensure compliance
• Serve as the primary regional quality liaison for clients during onboarding and business reviews
• Lead investigations into client complaints and operational discrepancies using Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quality, warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations, including 2 years in a multi-site or regional role within a 3PL environment
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven ability in multi-site quality leadership and client-facing stakeholder management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications preferred
• Financial acumen to connect process improvements to business outcomes
