Job summary

Oldcastle Pebble Technology, a CRH company, is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to train installers, perform warranty evaluations, and oversee field work across the Western US. The role is remote when not traveling and requires residence in Southern/Northern CA or the Phoenix metro area.

Travel up to 60% is expected. Ideal candidates have construction-related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly recommended.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to plan, prioritize, and monitor activities.
• Construction/manual labor experience is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Water chemistry background is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly recommended.
• Travel up to 60% within the region; valid driver's license required.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and comfortable with physical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to PTI installers and builders.
• Conduct warranty evaluations and address customer concerns.
• Travel to multiple sites within the Western US for visits and issue resolution.
• Inspect installations on homes and coordinate with warranty admin and sales.
• Document customer interactions in service software and reports.
• Collaborate with R&D on product feedback and maintenance protocols.
• Represent PTI professionally to maintain high quality and satisfaction.
• Able to access pools for minor repairs when needed.
