Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QC across eight Arizona plants and support sites in California and Utah. You will manage daily inspections, process improvements, and reporting to leadership to meet quality goals on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years of management, familiarity with ASTM/CSA specs for concrete products, and strong leadership to train QC staff and coordinate plant teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management/leadership.
• Familiarity with ASTM and CSA specifications for concrete products and raw materials.
• Knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning and leadership.
• Production methods and coordination of people and resources.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and cost optimization.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formula, mix design accuracy at all plants and record-keeping.
• Develop and maintain quality formulas for cost-efficient production.
• Define standards for quality control processes and QA programs.
• Monitor QA testing and report updates to leadership.
• Coordinate testing for finished goods and raw materials.
• Train QC personnel and plant operators.
• Perform root cause analysis for poor test results and complaints.
• Develop corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
