Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to provide training and ongoing support to PTI’s Licensed Installers and Certified Builders across the Western US. The role is remote when not traveling, with fieldwork in CA, NM, AZ, NV, TX, and surrounding states, and requires travel up to 60%.

Strong construction knowledge, bilingual English/Spanish, and valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/manual labor is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish recommended.
• Travel up to 60% within region.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Swimming capability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality installations by training PTI installers and builders.
• Communicate with pool builders and address customer concerns.
• Travel to installers and builders within regions for visits.
• Inspect homeowner sites to resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate with Warranty Admin, Customer Service, and Director.
